Church Paid Premiums

Many churches cover some or all premiums for their ministers. Life insurance benefits may be payable to the church, while long‑term care benefits are paid to the minister. Church‑paid benefits may be taxable unless included in earnings.

Dental and Vision

If you are currently enrolled in Dental or Vision, you will need to re-enroll to continue this coverage. If you do not re-enroll you will not have Dental and Vision coverage after 7/1/26.

Premium Deductions

Dental, Vision, and all other benefits will be deducted semi‑monthly from your bank account, except Term Life, which remains quarterly. Paylogix now processes all benefits and you will no longer pay the payment fee of $3.50. Bank details are required for enrollment.

Universal Life with Long Term Care

Universal Life with Long Term Care (Transamerica) is guaranteed issue for eligible ministers and current enrollees at this enrollment. Future enrollments may require medical underwriting.

Supplemental Term Life

This year only, eligible ministers may enroll in Supplemental Term Life up to $50,000 in $5,000 increments without Evidence of Insurability. If already enrolled, you may increase coverage up to the guaranteed issue limit, not to exceed $100,000 total.

Canadian Residents

Good news! Canadian residents are eligible to enroll in Term Life Insurance, a valuable benefit designed to help protect your family’s financial future.
